Fizzdrops only accepts payment online by Paypal. This is a widely accepted method of payment and enables you to pay online, securely and quickly using your credit card or bank account. You don't even need a Paypal account to use it. You can pay with any debit/credit card.

If you prefer paying "offline", perhaps by cheque, then please email me with details of which items you would like to buy. I will then give you a total including any postage costs. If you then send me a cheque, I will send the items to you as soon as your cheque has cleared. I can however only take payment by cheque from UK customers.

 

 

For UK orders, the cost of postage is set by the size of your order. Postage costs are calculated on the Paypal page before you complete your order. They are currently £2.50 for orders under £25 and £5.50 for orders of or over £25. Items are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery. Please be aware that recorded delivery needs to be signed for.

For all items sent outside the UK, please email me for postage costs before buying. Your order will be confirmed by email.

Most items are as photographed and as such are in stock and will be dispatched to UK customers within 3 working days from receiving the order. Please bear in mind any seasonal postage delays and strikes. So if you need an item as a gift please allow enough time for delivery and email me to advise me of any urgency.

 

Gifts

All jewellery items will be sent to you in a free gift box. If you prefer, I can send your order to an address other than your own, with a short message to the recipient and with no prices on the packaging. Just be sure to send a separate email (with the recipient's name and address and any message you wish to send) at the same time as you make your purchase.

Custom Orders

If you see something you like that has already sold, I may be able to make something similar as a custom order. Please email me to enquire. If you need multiple items - say matching cufflinks for the groomsmen at your wedding - email me and I will be able to tell you what is possible and how long it may take.

 

My Guarantee - Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not happy with anything you have ordered please email me to let me know. If you then return it to me within 14 days unused, in mint condition, I will immediately refund you. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

When returning items, I recommend that you obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and I will not be able to offer any refund unless I am in possession of the returned jewellery. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Privacy Statement - I value your privacy and will not share any of your personal information. I do not gather any personally identifying information about you when you visit my website unless you choose to provide the information to me.
